How much will be the total of my rental?
Please complete the booking form with details including car options, start/end dates and submit it. Our reservation staff will send you the total price along with inclusions for you to be reviewed and approved. Price quoted when making reservation is final and there are no additional costs.
How can I pay? What currency?
Deposit payment of 1 (one) day rental price or at least US$ 25 (whichever greater) is required when making a booking. Payment link available upon request.
Balance payment, we accept cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard) on pick up when receiving your car.

Where and how can I pick up the car?

You can pick up your car as soon as you arrive at the airport (International & Domestic pickup-area). When you past the arrival exit gate, simply look for a signboard with your name on it. International arrivals, see photo and map, Domestic arrivals, see photo and map. When you met our representative staff, they will immediately assist you to the parking area to hand over your car process.

What is the type & name of your rental car's fuel?
- Dexlite/Pertamina Dex fuel for Chevrolet Captiva (diesel engine).
- Pertamax fuel for other cars (gasoline engine). Renter must ONLY fill-up fuel at any authorized fuel stations (PERTAMINA/SPBU).
Can I return the car in different location in Bali?
Absolutely, Yes and simply just let us know return location address, map link may required. To see whether your return location is free of charge or there is a fee applied, please refer to our Terms & Conditions, see point 20.
